Web and mobile interfaces used similar concepts but diverging visual standards, making maintenance expensive.
Outcome
I created a foundation catalog experience where teams can browse and validate core design assets, including color sets and icon libraries, from one source of truth. The result made token adoption faster and reduced mismatch between design specs and shipped UI across platforms.
